The short answer is—it depends on your group, your setup, and what kind of experience you want to create.
But here’s a clear breakdown so you can get a realistic idea.
A General Starting Point
Most group retreats on the property typically fall somewhere in the range of:
👉 $700 – $2,500+ for a weekend
This depends on:
number of people
length of stay
level of setup and add-ons
Smaller, simpler groups will be on the lower end.Larger groups with more setup will be higher.
What Affects Pricing
Every group is a little different, but the main factors are:
1. Group Size
More people = more space, more setup, more coordination
2. Length of Stay
Weekend stays are most common, but longer stays can be arranged
3. Setup & Add-Ons
Some groups keep it simple, others want a more built-out setup
Optional add-ons may include:

How Payment Works
To secure your dates:
A 30% deposit (minimum $400) is required
The remaining balance is due 14 days before arrival
This allows time to prepare your setup and ensure everything is ready.
Please note: Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel your booking.
