Here at The Lair of Liz, we are an all inclusive community. We welcome everyone regardless of your race, gender, creed, religion or lack of religion. We are here to help others help themselves by providing a safe environment for one to be oneself (within reason.) We ask that everyone is treated with the love and respect you would want to be treated with.

This space was created with the intention to heal from the outside in. It starts with unplugging from the world, taking off your shoes and really touching the earth, smell the air, plug into nature and yourself and release the tension that builds up in everyday life.
